The third and last exhibition of the series Photography Today, which is supported by the Alexander Tutsek-Stiftung, was realized in the Pinakothek der Moderne in Munich. Under the title Resistant Faces, the exhibition inquires into the state of the portrait in the digital age. It presents a collection of fourteen critical approaches to both visuality and reality from contemporary photography, including a work by the Norwegian artist Frida Orupabo. The work was made available on loan from the collection of the Alexander Tutsek-Stiftung. The exhibition runs until April 11, 2021. Due to the current measures to contain the Corona virus, the Pinakothek der Moderne is currently closed to the public. You can stay informed about current developments on the website of the Pinakothek der Moderne. Further information on the funding project can be found here.
